This sharp and heartfelt comedy takes audiences inside Aburi Girls Boarding School in Ghana, where teenage girls wrestle with friendship, status, beauty standards, and the pressure to be chosen, admired, and seen. When a new student from the United States arrives just as a Miss Ghana pageant recruiter is expected on campus, the social order is disrupted and hidden insecurities begin to surface in ways that will feel strikingly familiar to many young people.
